Returns & Refunds
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Many IONUT RAZVAN pieces are produced in limited quantities or made especially for the customer.
For this reason, made-to-order and pre-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review all sizing and product information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ionutrazvan.ro, including your order number and photographs of the item.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
